The instructor is very knowledgeable and provided the class with history as well as taught us how to experience wine. We were able to review our knowledge as we tasted various wines. It was an awesome experience! I would love to take another course led by Susan! -Dr. Julia Chibbaro, Ph.D. Professor of Counselor Education – in-person student (UWG) in “Wine 101-Basics and Beyond”My husband and I took Susan’s wine course and liked it so much we took a second one.
