This course is for those who want to grow or make improvements in their lives on any level. It is one for those that not only want to be more productive in a work/school environment but also on a personal and social level as-well. The course is made up of nine modules, each containing four sub-modules. Throughout the course, you will learn about mindset, self care, time management, mindfulness + meditation, positive thinking, goal setting, communication skills, emotional awareness, and habits. We dissect each of these nine modules, learning all about them and how we can use them to best benefit our lives. I added my personal input and experiences throughout the course to make it more personalized. I did this to show that I have applied each of these techniques throughout my life and to share their benefits. It can be really big for one to have the realization that they need to change their lifestyle. Personal Development is a journey on all fronts, whether it be business wise, personally, or socially. It requires time and effort no matter how one looks at it, as it is not easy to change your mindset or routine at first but once constantly practiced and applied, these nine personal development skills can be life-changing.
