Influence tactics used in leadership, which ones you tend to favor and use, and the four tactics that generate the best outcomes.
Finally, you learn how to create a post-course plan tailored to you that will keep your learning alive and functioning well over time.
All the formal meditations are guided mp3s where I talk you through the meditation. Memorizing the meditations is not necessary. Transcriptions of the guided meditations are included so you can study the instructions and further enhance your familiarity with them. Typical obstacles to meditation are covered, as well as their antidotes. Markers of progress are also covered so you can check yourself and know you are on track.
At the end of the course, if you practice as outlined, you’ll have a new view of your leadership style and new mind skills from meditation and mindfulness skills. In short, you’ll likely have a performance edge that wasn’t there before.
