Are you interested in becoming more effective in engaging with others at work?Perhaps you have heard that Emotional Connection (EmC) is a very effective tool for engaging employees, responding to emotions, and dealing with workplace conflicts. Did you know that EmC is also a great tool for managing your own emotions and behaviors, improving self-awareness, social awareness, and relationship management in daily interactions?In this course, you will takeĀ 18 informative lectures taught by an Organizational Psychologist, Author of "Emotional Connection" and "The Connected Culture," and a developer of the EmC process – Dr. Lola Gershfeld, Psy.D.
