Description
In this course you will learn how to build or lose weight at home using just your body weight. You will learn about mental preparation, motivation, diet and scheduling and proper workout attire. You will get the essential tools of a healthy diet with recipes for meals and smoothies both regular and allergy prone. Also included is tutorials on stretching and proper workout forms. Day #1 consist of Preparing mentally, commitment and setting goals. Day #2 consist of posting motivational things on your wall, motivation videos/music playlist and cutting off distractions. Day #3 consist of purchasing good workout attire, budgeting for diet and a good smoothie plan. Day #4 consist of creating a workout schedule, diet schedule, building a workout routine and a stretch routine. Finally Day #5 consist of getting good rest, importance of drinking water, progression and finally a good workout form examples. The course was created for anyone who is living a busy lifestyle, working hard, first responders, parents etc. For anyone who may find it hard to find the time to go to the gym and or who may not currently have the finances to have a gym membership. You learn how to prepare yourself mentally for the challenge of what ever your goal may be like losing weight, building muscle etc. No more excuses as you will be provided with all the necessary tools to find the time, find the motivation and then schedule a routine. This course is a reflection of my training and experience and what I do to stay fit after serving 13 years in Law enforcement and leaving to be a full time father of my 5 beautiful children. The course also is suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels in mind and can be tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
