With the growing pressure of everyday demands and responsibilities, we are focusing less and less time on our self. This has caused an increase in stress and anxiety as well as numerous illnesses including autoimmune conditions, which are on the rise. Added to existing traumas that may not yet have been addressed, oftentimes issues begin to manifest themselves in our physical bodies. Without taking steps to interrupt such life trajectory, we will only find ourselves at a tough crossroads in the future. The great thing is that we have the power to create change in our lives and this includes beginning to tap into our self healing abilities. You don’t have wait until you near that tough cross roads.This course is designed for you no matter where you are on your journey. Whether you have hit a bump because you have been too focused on everything else beside your self and now your health is being affected, or whether you want to get ahead and begin prioritizing yourself to avoid these experiences – the course is for you!The body is able to heal itself, and with a deeper focus on self care, better self awareness and a stronger connection to your true higher self, you can facilitate your own healing. This course will give you the tools to connect to and increase understanding of your deeper self. You’ll also find that activities throughout the course will help promote relaxation and stress relief. Furthermore, all these tools and activities are meant to help you heighten your self healing.A Usui Reiki Shihan with training in Ayurveda, Soundwave healing, Acupressure and Massage Therapy as well as herbalism, my mission is to highlight awareness of various self-care and healing modalities to help others create sustainable habits to nurture living as their best selves. As such I utilize the advantages of my background and degrees in education, research and psychology to further deepen my work with others, placing emphasis on the whole self including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
