Azure DevOps Server 2022 Release Date: December 6, 2022
Azure DevOps Server 2022 is a roll up of bug fixes. It includes all features in the Azure DevOps Server 2022 RC2 and RC1 previously released.
Note:Direct upgrade to Azure DevOps Server 2022 is supported from Azure DevOps Server 2019 or Team Foundation Server 2015 or newer. If your TFS deployment is on TFS 2013 or earlier, you need to perform some interim steps before upgrading to Azure DevOps Server 2022.

It allows organizations to create and improve products at a faster pace than they can with traditional software development approaches. Azure DevOps Serverallows you to self host the same modern dev services available in Azure DevOps, including Boards (planning and tracking), Pipelines (CI/CD), Repos (Git repositories and centralized version control), Test Plans (manual and exploratory testing), Artifacts (package management and pipeline artifacts), and more.
Azure DevOps Server Expresssimple to set up on both client and server operating systems, and supports all the same features as Azure DevOps Server. The only difference is that it is limited by licensing agreements to five or fewer active users.
