All theories about international trade explain why and how the countries begin to commercialize. The theory presented in this
book faces and answers the question: what happen after the countries settle ties of mercantile exchange and the investment flows turn more intense? This make the theory original and precursor, since it foresees the impact of international trade in the culture and the Law by unveiling the political interference that international commercial relationships may lead in the receiving country or goods, services and technology buyers.
The preliminary outline of this theory was exposed in 1997 in the magazine IusetVeritas y PolнticaInternacional. Later, it was consolidated and based in Hamburg, thanks to the support given by the Max Planck Institute to the author during the four years (2009-2013) he stated as visitor and research professor.
